FIVE A DAY DATABASE

TASK 1 - Create a design for the database - Validation table.

TASK 2 - Printscreens with annotation of the table, table design view, query results and query design.

TASK 3 - Printscreen with annotation of FIVE added records. e.g Apple Pie, Orange Juice.

TASK 4 - Test the database to check - incorrect data can not be added, queries give correct results, reports include all required data.

TASK 5 - Create 2 reports to be used in INFORMATION PACK. These should be based on your results from the Reality Check. These must include an image (which should be recorded in Elements Table).

TASK 6 - Feedback on the database and Reports

E-portfolio

You need to create an E-Portfolio to display your work. All work needs to converted into the correct format and Hyperlinked.

TASK 1 - Design the Layout for your E-Portfolio.

TASK 2 - Create a Master Slide/ Layout for your work.

TASK 3 - Write detailed comments on eportfolio context pages - Hyperlink files.

TASK 4 -Test your E-Portfolio. Ensuring that the folder conforms to technical specifications and that all evidence can be accessed

TASK 5 - Get Feedback on your E-Portfolio.

TASK 6 - Update Progress in your PROJECT PLAN.

GATHERING INFORMATION

TASK 1 - Research aspects of Food and Health from a range of sources.

TASK 2 - Create a Source Table to record details of each source. (Include - Location Found, Where you plan to use the information, Primary or Secondary source and Copyright permissions).

This  a series of POSTERS which run in a sequence. THINK of your work as FOUR posters not as a presentation.

REALITY CHECK

AIM - Create a Reality Check questionnaire which will establish home much Fruit and Veg your user eats in a week.

TASK 1 - Three designs for your Reality Check.

TASK 2 - Create a Data Collection Form add any necessary Cell Protection.

TASK 3 - Analyse the Data using IF, SUM and Countif statements.

TASK 4 - Create a Results Certificate which updates accurately and automatically from input data into the Data Collection Form using Copy and Paste Special/Paste Link.  Test it thoroughly using your own data. Ensure your Print Area is Set. This will be included in your INFORMATION PACK.

TASK 5 - Get  Feedback on your Reality Check.

TASK 6 - Test your Reality Check.

TASK 7 - Add a commentary - which can later be added to your E-Portfolio.

TASK 8 - Update Progress in your PROJECT PLAN.

TASK 9 - Get you user to fill in your Reality Check. Record the results you will need this information for your next set of work.

TASK 10 - Include any earlier versions of your work. Your Commentary should explain why they were developed.
