TASK 1 - Create the Reality Check data collection form. It should be attractive and suitable for students aged 9 and over.

TASK 2 -  Ask test users for feedback on your form and make necessary changes.

TASK 3 - Ask your test buddy to collect data for a week then give you the completed form.
