2.01.1 Stakeholders: Portfolio A - Cameron Balloons

For your GCSE, you need to choose one medium-to-large sized business. This may be a new business, or one of the ones that you have used for Unit 1. You may choose a business of your own, or use the Cameron Balloons business from the Paperless School.

In this assignment, you are going to learn about the different types of stakeholders and how they affect Cameron Balloons.

You need to:

  • identify the Cameron Balloons stakeholders and explain their interest in the business
  • identify the importance of stakeholders in the business
  • explain the influence of stakeholders on the business and its operations
  • analyse how there might be conflicts of interest among different stakeholders and suggest how these may be resolved.
